What I’ve Learned So Far

Adrienne was nice enough to tag me for this meme. Here’s the ground rules:

Go back through your archives and post the links to your five favorite blog posts that you’ve written. But there is a catch:
Link 1 must be about family.
Link 2 must be about friends.
Link 3 must be about yourself, who you are… what you’re all about.

Link 5 can be about anything you choose.

Okay, so, I can’t say these are my five very favorites, but they are at least five of my favorites:

• Family: The best vacations are a change of pace. Because it chronicles a fun vacation with my little family, while reminding me of the vacations I had when I was a kid.
• Friends: Memo to Austin friends: Austin Kleon needs a job. Because I met Austin through his blog, because we became buddies when he and Meg moved here, and because I really like helping my friends find jobs.
• Myself: Hi, I’m a Slash. Because it refers to pieces written by me and by a friend, and because I stopped being lazy and included a (mildly witty) photo.
• Something I love: Things I love: Pepys’s diary. Handy for me that I’ve had a “Things I Love” category for so long, huh?
• My choice: Don’t be hatin’ on the homeschoolers, know what I’m sayin’? Because it’s a full-on rant, and about a topic in which I have no particular personal stake. (Makes my fury all the more righteous!)
